Position Summary:
Under direction of the Human Resources Director, the HR Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle recruiting, recruiting, screening and recommending placement by using varied sourcing methods (internal and external).

Position Requirements: 
Associate degree in a related field and three (3) years hospital experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. HR Certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) certification preferred. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are required. Hospital/healthcare HR experience preferred.
